歐盟開放比斯開灣鯷魚業 歐盟漁業部委員會在資源生態已成功復育的科學報告出爐後，決定自2010年1月1日重啟比斯開灣已連續關閉Cantabrian海當鋪五個漁季的鯷魚業。西班牙與法國依據協定達成2010年TAC配額為7,000公噸與同意自1月1日 起依漁具類別開放作業。限捕行動係因2005年過度捕撈導婚禮顧問致鯷魚資源量低於安全標準所致。歐盟執委會將配額管理機制固定為生物量的三成（每當大於24,000公噸）。（摘譯自INFOFISH Trade News, NO. 房屋買賣2/2010）The EU Fishing Ministries Council have reopened the anchovy fishery in the Bay of Biscay since 1 January, 2010following a 房地產ban that lasted for five fishing seasons in the Cantabrian Sea.
